Maintenance Manager jobs and vacancies available across the UK: A Maintenance Manager jobs involves managing and controlling many different functions of a maintenance department.  You will undertake the day-to-day management of the Team, ensuring high levels of staff motivation, service delivery, training and assistance in the recruitment of new staff.  Maintenance Managers also monitor budgets and provide progress and monthly reports, monitor the performance of contractor sand ensure any problems are resolved effectively and efficiently, ensure that accurate specifications are prepared and issued for all works, ensure contract documentation, manager invitations to tender and ensure the selection and employment of contractors is correctly undertaken with their requirements.

You are generally qualified with a HNC/HND with good management experience.
