As a Recruitment Consultant with Eden Brown, you will be responsible for helping our clients recruit candidates for permanent, contract or temporary jobs.

As a Recruitment Consultant, it’s integral you have solid working relationships with our clients and develop a deep understanding of their recruitment requirements.  You should be able to provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.

You may be at various stages of your career as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, Principal Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Senior Advanced Recruitment Consultant or be managing a team of Recruitment Consultants as a Recruitment Team Manager.

Eden Brown's in-house professional training programmes, including the Eden Brown Academy, can lead to national qualifications provided by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). Our core skills training programme forms part of the REC’s Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
