The Job:

Recruitment is not an easy job at the start. This is why we have set up a Training Academy to ensure your success. Your first 1st week will be fairly intensive and mostly classroom based. Following this the programme covers candidate generation, negotiation, interviewing techniques and client development over a 3 week period. It requires determination, long hours, an intelligent sales approach and lots and lots and lots of hard work.
Ideally we are looking for people at all levels with some sales flair but as we are looking for attitude and ability it doesn't matter too much. You just need to be able to demonstrate to us that you have what it takes!
If you have experience in the following areas then that would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Industry professional. E.g. Engineer, Fund Manager, Administrator, Housing Officer, Architect, Technician etc
- Commission only positions
- Face to face sales positions. E.g. Car sales, door to door
- Business Development & Customer Sales
