Customer Service Officer Jobs

Customer service officer jobs and vacancies are available across the UK. A Customer Services Officer will work within a Benefits team either a customer facing “front of house” desk or may work within a call centre.

You will have good general knowledge of benefits, and very good knowledge of verification standards.  In some cases or complex queries you will work with your team leaders or a Benefits Assessment Officer.

There are no set entry requirements, although you may require GCSEs/S grades in English and maths. Personality and attitude are likely to be far more important, together with a neat and clean appearance.
