Childcare Support Worker jobs and vacancies available across the UK:
Childcare Support workers provide care and support to young people and children who may have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, challenging behaviour or autism. This support is provided in residential settings.
The work involves providing one to one support, within their daily routines, group work, activities and trips during school holidays and on weekends and to provide a stimulating environment.
This work involves rotational shifts – early 6-2pm, late 2-10pm, waking nights 10-8am and also sleep ins.
To be considered for these positions you must have a minimum of 12 months full time experience in a paid position in the UK within either day care and/or a residential social care setting.
