Action Housing

Action Housing and Support Limited is one of the most established providers of tenancy support to vulnerable client groups in Yorkshire and the East Midlands, including offenders, those at risk of offending,
and individuals with mental health and substance misuse issues.

Services are individually tailored to client needs, supporting them in their living situations and helping them access a range of services, which include health care, substance misuse advice, counselling, education, budgeting and other services.

As proud holders of the Investors in People standard, Charter Mark award, plus recent winners of the Inner City 100 award for business excellence, Action has already earned a well deserved reputation. 

Action is continuing to develop and diversify its services, recently creating a new housing management arm, Action Property Services, offering property management and letting services and a training arm,
ADAPT, offering housing, management, administration and social welfare training services to other organisations. 

Locations: 

Action has projects based in South Yorkshire in Doncaster, Barnsley, Sheffield and Rotherham and in the East Midlands, including in Chesterfield & North Derbyshire, Mansfield, Derby, Staffordshire, Erewash and Amber Valley.

Acting as mentor, advocate and friendly professional, Action Housing's team of over 180 staff provide invaluable support to our service users - helping individuals, families and the wider community, as well as
supporting the organisation's continued growth and diversification into new areas of business.
