Based in London, and the head office in Billericay, Essex, the Practice was founded on many years experience in the residential and mixed use market place; and a desire to offer a superior and more competitive service to a wide range of clients.

Each of our directors have strengths in a particular discipline and our staff are carefully picked to ensure we provide the best possible service and produce architecture and graphics of the highest quality. Every client is important to us and working relationships are based upon trust, honesty, confidentiality, commerciality and efficiency. |
| The Practice operates a strong management structure consisting of directors, associates, managers, technicians of all levels, organised in teams matched to the individual project and supported by enthusiastic and experienced administration staff. Our choice of office location was made specifically to be within rapid road and rail links to our client bases, the air-conditioned facilities offer a comfortable and peaceful environment, as well as being conveniently located adjacent to Billericay Main line train station (for Liverpool Street). The Practice continues to evolve and grow with plans in place to open a London office early in 2007. |
Since the formation of Grafik Architects 5 years ago, we have grown to 35 staff, with a very strong and diverse client base in excess of 40 companies, including a large number of national developers such as: Barratt, Miller, Crest Nicholson, George Wimpey, Taylor Woodrow and David Wilson Homes. We have ambitious plans for the future. |
