Atkins Faithful and Gould are the Cost Consultants which form part of the Atkins Group. One of their specialist teams within this group is actively looking to recruit another member to its expanding Life Cycle Costing Team.
You role will be to provide efficient and effective quantity or building surveying services in technical and elementary aspects of professional practice commensurate with age, experience and ability, to form part of a whole life costing team working primarily in the PFI arena.
· Numerical functions
· Preparation of life cycle cost models and associated documentation / audit trail
· Elementary surveying duties in relation to both pre and post contract duties.
· Responsible, under minimum supervision, for smaller projects or assistance on major projects with defined levels of responsibility
· Under guidance, act as mentor to Assistants and Trainees.
