Key tasks include

  • Provide an end-to-end Retrofit Coordination service of multiple concurrent PAS2035 projects
  • Ensure PAS 2035 compliance under ECO and any other relevant schemes, completing documentation in an accurate and timely manner
  • Liaise with Retrofit Assessors, installers and customers as required
  • Liaise with the government quality standard organisation Trustmark, certification bodies, and accreditation schemes to resolve disputes arising from audit failures.
  • Liaise with relevant technical guidance outside of PAS2035 where required to accurately guide and support stakeholders
  • Lodge Retrofit projects into the TrustMark Data Warehouse


Do you have…:
* Level 5 diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
* Knowledge and understanding of PAS2030/ PAS2035
* Construction industry experience such as working as a Contractor, Surveyor, Site Manager/Agent or Clerk of Works etc
* A good understanding of a range of building services systems - particularly heating, insulation and ventilation systems
