Our client is a prestigious Consultancy located in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea established 20 years ago they provide services over a range of complex practical construction and neighbourly matters. Due to growth they are seeking a bright and ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to join their busy and cohesive team of Surveyors.

The Role

The purpose of this role is to assist the Senior Surveyor in a broad range of surveying functions working closely with and reporting directly to the Senior Surveyor


-Provide support on instructions to the Senior Surveyor
-Liaise with other departments within the organisation
-Undertaking schedules of conditions and technical reports
-Preparing party wall awards
-Undertaking Daylight and Sunlight assessments
-Undertaking Rights of Light assessments

Qualifications, skills and experience:-

-Degree Qualified - Accredited RICS Building Surveying Degree
-Competent in AutoCad
-Ability to prepare schedules of condition and technical reports
-Good understanding of Part Wal etc Act 1996
-Basic understanding of the Prescription Act 1832
-Ability to record and document building defects
-Demonstrated experience of working to deadlines
-Attention to detail and levels of accuracy
-Ability to create, enhance and maintain effective working relationships
-Excellent support given for future career development
-APC Support
