Job description

We are currently recruiting for an experience air conditioning engineer to join our clients team on a large static site in Swansea

Duties and Responsibilities
-To carry out planned and reactive maintenance including fault finding, test repair and preventative maintenance of air conditioning building services equipment
-Maintain accurate site records/documentation in association with all site works
-To inspect the condition of services and proactively deal with call-out/repairs as required, and requested by management.
-Attend site emergencies, outside normal working hours working as part of an on call team.

Key Skills and Qualifications
City & Guilds/NVQ Air Conditioning
F Gas
Must be prepared to work out of hours when required
Must be prepared to be flexible in weekend work

Travel to other sites may occasionally required, a site vehicle will be supplied for this
