Job description

My client an established consultancy based in Birmingham offer a full-spectrum of consultancy support to commercial, government and industrial clients across many sectors.

They are currently in the market for Civils Quantity Surveyors, with a competitive salary and package on offer.

Specific requirements :

1 Responsible to the Principal Quantity Surveyor in delivering high quality value and cost management services to their client portfolio.
2 Controlling and managing programmes of work and budgets.
3 To plan, arrange and make decisions on project work
4 Provide project teams with expert quantity surveying advice and technical expertise including advising on the planning, programming and management of capital projects
5 Undertake and advise on all aspects of the quantity surveying function including feasibility, cost planning, document production, contract procurement, final account preparation and cost control on high value, complex projects.

The Candidate :

Candidates will ideally come from a Consultancy background a Contractor QS
