Job description

Our client is a national facilities management company. They currently have a position for a Fabric Engineer to join their facilities team on their large static sit in Swansea.

Candidates will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building maintenance tasks, with specific attention to carpentry requirements across the site, including hanging fire doors. You will also be required to assist other trades as and when required.

Previous experience within a similar role
Carpentry City & Guilds/NVQ Desirable

A full UK driving licence is required as there will be use of a pool vehicle on site
