Job description

An exciting opportunity for a Site Compliance Supervisor has come about for a prestigious static site Southampton Central. As Site Supervisor you will Arrange and monitor all Planned maintenance and reactive repairs and carry out projects to a high standard in accordance with the clients Specification. The ideal candidate won't be afraid to get stuck in and support the team and will have a technical background with a good working knowledge of Health, Safety and compliance.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Mechanical or Electrical engineering Qualifications
  • Commercial Gas or Air conditioning tickets (Desirable)
  • Ideally five years experience within a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer Literate and experience using Microsoft office
  • Good Negotiating Skills and Experience with Budgets and operational delivery
  • A history of managing and building relationships with clients.
  • IOSH Managing Safety and a good working knowledge of ISO standards.
