Project Manager - Housing Developer

£70,000 - £75,000 + package

West Midlands

A 4* national housing developer are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their team. They have a large housing development in Telford.

You will be solely responsible for this project, so it is a must you have a lot of experience working on large scale (100+ units) private housing schemes.

This is an exciting role to work for a very progressive, respected company. Who really look after their team and ensure you have the right support.

The Role

This Role is available to forward thinking Project Managers who are ready to take on their next challenge.

  • You will be responsible for all health and safety on site.
  • Managing all quality inspections.
  • Excellent communicator
  • Have ability to drive projects forward effectively
  • Be ambitious and driven to achieve tight deadlines
  • Manage cost, quality and time of the project with minimal support

Benefits

You will have the opportunity to earn a basic salary of up to £75,000 + 20% bonus, £6500 car allowance / company car, private health care & pension.
