Job Title: Mobile Facilities Technician

Location: Winnersh and West Sussex

Type: Permanent Full time

Salary: Up to £40,000

My client is looking for an experienced facilities technician to join its expanding mobile team. The role will be based 3 days in Winnersh and the other two days in multiple sites in West Sussex. The ideal candidate will have experience within the building services industry and demonstrate a good working understanding of all building maintenance areas such as Electrical, Mechanical such HVAC.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on the building plant, equipment and systems ensuring all work done in accordance with SLA's. You will update records, raise and manage permits, manage subcontractors and produce quotes whilst maintaining a great service for the customer.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

  • 18th edition
  • City and Guilds or NVQ in Electrical engineering or equivalent
  • 5 years experience in the Building Maintenance industry
  • The ability to demonstrate a good working knowledge of all building services such as mechanical, HVAC and general building maintenance
  • The ability to work under own supervision and good time keeping.
  • Good Written and Verbal communication skills
