Job description

Job Title: Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer
Location: Guildford, South East
Type: Permanent Full time
Salary: Up to £35,000

My client is looking for an experienced multi skilled maintenance engineer with an electrical bias to join its mobile team based in the South East. The ideal candidate will have experience within the building services industry and demonstrate a good working understanding of electrical maintenance and plumbing.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on the sites ensuring all work is done in accordance with SLA's. You will update records, raise and manage permits, manage subcontractors and produce quotes whilst maintaining a great service for the customer.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
- 18th edition
- City and Guilds or NVQ in Electrical engineering or equivalent
- General Building Maintenance experience
- The ability to demonstrate a good working knowledge of plumbing
- The ability to work under own supervision and good time keeping.
- Good Written and Verbal communication skills
