Job description

My client is an Architectural Practice based in Surrey. They are a Medium size firm, who specialise in refurbishment and new build projects from small-scale projects to multi-million pound developments.

My client is looking to grow their team, with someone who is driven and keen to progress within a company.

This is initially a 3 month temp contract that could then progress to a permanent role.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Must be BIM/Revit and AutoCAD proficient
- Ambitious, ability to work well and efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Working predominately in the Healthcare, Research and Education sector, so a similar sector background would be advantageous.
- Must have over 2 years UK experience
- Strong building regulations knowledge
- Experience in Specification writing preferred

Rates & Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
