This is a brilliant chance for a Technical Manager looking to make a step up or an existing Technical Director to join a well respected PLC housebuilder with a huge pipeline of work.

My client Building homes for private sale, shared ownership and affordable housing through self-build developments and partnering with main contractors, they have an exceptionally strong pipeline of work to keep you busy.

You will ensure full technical drawing packages from planning consent through to detailed design and project plans are completed to suit development programme.

In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company. Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in line with performance. In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £85,000 basic salary plus package.

About the requirements: Ideally with an engineering background you will have experience on working on mixed tenure private and affordable apartment developments for a housebuilding PLC. Experience of Adobe, Autodesk, and other Microsoft software packages is essential. The role will involve working autonomously as well as part of a team therefore a strong team player is required who is highly organised and dedicated to meeting project deadlines.
