Qualified Maintenance Engineer - Luton - £30,000 - Training Supplied

Working for the largest facilities management companies based in Luton.

Qualifications

  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
  • 17 Edition

The role is perm role. You will complete planned maintenance and reactive breakdown works on all areas of maintenance with a slight electrical bias.

  • Lighting - general, specialist and emergency back up
  • Filter changes AHUs / FCUs
  • Wiring
  • Testing + Inspecting - fixed wire and PAT
  • Alarm systems - fire, nurse call etc

You must also be willing to work on other areas of maintenance such as basic mechanical or fabric as needed (although there are specific engineers on site with these skills so it will be infrequent).

The roles are:

- Minimum, the correct candidate has got be qualified however they are supplying the 18th edition.

- Ideally the candidate will be located within suitable commuting distance from Luton.
