Job description

We are recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to work on a key FM account within the Warehousing Industry.
This is a static position working in a very good environment You will need 18th Edition A good understanding of HVAC including AHUs / Fan Coils
Experience of working in a similar role

To complete proactive inspections and any required remedial repairs.
Ensure that PPM is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices and in line with the client's KPI's Identify any defects found to Line Manager and provide parts list and estimated timescale to carry out remedial works
Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by the client and respond timely to all work requests in line with clients KPI's
Operate client's software systems to ensure efficient maintenance activities Take ownership of all work orders responding promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the Contract Manager/Technical Supervisor as soon as possible
