Property Management Assistant

South West London

3 months only

Hours: 9 am - 6 pm

Eden Brown are looking for a property management assistant to work within a Global Facilities organisation. The role is to provide support and assistance to the senior administrator and the property managers. This is a very varied position, where the main feature will be to provide customer service excellent organisational skills, the ability to communicate articulately whilst taking a hands-on and proactive approach to the role.


  • Open incoming post on a daily basis, date stamp and scan. Work through this including sending anything relevant to property managers, sending invoices/bills to accounts for payment and querying any bills for landlords.
  • Arrange minor repairs via third party contractors.
  • Request refunds for overpayments of council tax and utilities as and when received.
  • Register landlords for Rent Protection.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as and when required to support the property management team.
