Job description

Senior Commercial Contracts Manager required to join an expanding commercial services team for one of my clients in the East Midlands.

Purpose of the role:
To support the Assistant Director, Commercial Services in the
delivery of commercial reactive repairs, planned works, projects
and commercial contracts. In addition, deliver Grander Designs

Have specific responsibility for significant maintenance,
refurbishment and modernisation programmes of work.
Process map and continually interrogate current processes and
procedures to facilitate compliance, project good practice, better
communication, a more thorough understanding of end to end
delivery, help identify development opportunities and deliver
efficiencies across the service and other related business areas.

Experience and knowledge
· Demonstrable technical and practical experience of working in
the construction sector including project management of
schemes from inception to completion.
· Experience of managing the delivery of commercial building
works/projects and managing budgets.
· Demonstrable experience of working with project managers,
valuation surveyors, architects, quantity surveyors and
specialist consultants to deliver projects to time and on budget.
· Demonstrable experience of supervising contractors and
construction work and administering both standard building
contracts and bespoke contracts and of managing Design and
Build and Traditional contracts, Design Development and project
· Proven track record of management experience in leading a
high performing teams and successful project delivery.
