Job description

A leading AJ100 studio located in heart of Central London is looking for senior workplace designers to work on a plethora of commercial projects.

This is an established international practice that prides themselves on innovative and sustainable design, boasting diversity and are market leaders in their respective typologies.

Main Candidate Requirements:

    • 5 years' experience
    • Workplace interiors experience
    • Client facing and can lead a team.
  • Candidates who have a track record of commercial fit-out projects

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design or foreign equivalent.

  • Proficiency in the basic technical skills of interior design including the following computer skills:

Proficiency in Revit

Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Proficiency in Newforma preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop.

Knowledge of 3D Modelling software such as 3D Studio Max and Viz 2006.

Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign graphic software.

  • Possess creative talent in conceptual design and rendering skills of either hand or computer sketching.
  • Advanced knowledge of design principles and the ability to interpret design concepts and layouts, including commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the profession.

This will be an opportunity within a studio with clear progression and scope within the role, from design to production, with a strong appreciation of research projects.
