Job description

Are you a Helpdesk / Contract Support Administrator working in either the Construction, Engineering or Facilities Management sector.

A leader in the Facilities Management are recruiting a Helpdesk Administrator to work in there office in Warmly, Bristol. You will be responsible for Helpdesk contract support and administration within a portfolio of clients.

You will need to have previous experience of the above as well as the following

Dealing with the Helpdesk and dispatching jobs to relevant teams of engineers.
Health & Safety within the contracts
Purchasing and raising Purchase orders
Dealing with Engineers day to day diary - scheduling engineers to jobs and following the through to completion and invoicing.
Timesheets and availability reports.
