Help Desk Administrator - £26,000 - Permanent

Up to £30,000 with CMMS training/knowledge

My client is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Admin to Monday to Friday.

Based in central London my client is looking for a strong Help desk Administrator to work with one of the biggest facilities maintenance companies in the UK

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Good PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook - intermediate to advance level.

- 3 years experience in a similar role.

- Previous experience of a customer-facing role using operating systems such as Dynamics AX or Concept software.

- Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus.

- Excellent verbal and good basic standard of written, communication skills.

- Self-motivated and systematic.

- Results / task orientated and attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

- Commitment to continuous improvement.

- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
