Job description
Our client is looking for a Facilities Manager to operationally manage a portfolio of sites/ buildings that may comprise of critical environments, production facilities, assisting with space management solutions e.g. participating in office moves, directing and working with on-site and mobile services to ensure service delivery is executed and maintained to the highest standard.
Job Specification
- To own the customer experience across regions of ownership.
- To take overall responsibility for the quality and operational day to day delivery of the FM services within the region of ownership, including but not limited to Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste Management, Landscaping, Postal Services, Front of House services and 3rd party management, including but not limited to Helpdesk as per contract requirements.
- Drive operational excellence across operational teams and portfolio.
- Able to react in an ever changing business environment.
- Liaising with the client and other key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Skills
- Previous people management experience
- Minimum of 5 year's experience in a FM management
- Experience of working in a large scale FM contracts, including diverse portfolios
- Familiar with standard MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Able to work well as part of a highly motivated team
- Strong and effective communication skills
