Are you a Building Fabric Engineer in the Swansea area?

One of the largest maintenance providers in the U.K is currently in need of a Building Fabric Engineer to support an existing M+E Team. You will be working at one of the largest sites in Swansea carrying out routine maintenance around the premises when called upon in a professional and timely manner for the duration of the 4 to 6 weeks this position is available for.

As the team will be a mix of mechanical and electrical engineers - Building Fabric Engineers with more than one skill are highly of interest.

Fabric services you will be working on will be:

>Basic carpentry
>Painting
>Basic Plumbing
>General maintenance such as putting up notice boards, tighten door handles, etc.
