Job description

Large public sector organisation in the Northamptonshire area are currently looking for a Clerk Of Works to join their Asset Management & Development Team.

Playing an integral role in the delivery of the clients new build and neighbourhood regeneration programme.

Ensuring the highest quality standards are achieved on site, monitoring materials, workmanship and the implementation of design details. Focused on:

- Zero defects on homes at practical completion
- Compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
- A robust and proactive approach to risk
- A robust and proactive approach to health and safety
- Delivery of projects on time, within budget and to a high quality

Essential Qualifications:
Relevant professional membership and technical qualification such as Membership of the Institute of Clerk of Works and/or Chartered Institute of Builders

The client will however look at applications from candidates who extensive experience.

- Salary £34,000- £38,000 (depending on experience)
- Working hours: 37
- Holiday: 26 days plus bank holidays
- Company pension scheme
