An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading global Facilities Management companies on one of their most prestigious contracts.
The idea person will have the ability to operate at strategic level dealing with major issues and concepts. Excellent communicator and team player at senior professional and executive level.
5+ years¡¦ experience of senior business stakeholder relationship management, including strong influencing and negotiating skills and change management. Experience with business strategy development and execution experience in a project leadership role. Strong experience with leading QHSE. NEEBOSH qualification desired. Project Management qualification desired.
Experience providing strategic technology advisory services to clients. Knowledge of a broad range of areas including:

ľ Business operations design & analysis
ľ Business strategy development, proposal workshops, governance and effectiveness
ľ Strategic roadmap & execution plans
ľ Minimally, basic Business CAD and operating space plans
ľ Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness
ľ Business process outsourcing, sourcing and vendor strategy
Your responsibilities and key accountabilities:
- Develop and nurture business relationships with all resident businesses to manage insights into anticipated future requirements, gain understanding of performance of the client Property Team in meeting business requirements, and provide senior leadership contact point in each team for the Property Team engagement.
- Maintain accurate occupancy statistics for all resident businesses to, support overall space strategy and hold informed discussions with business leaders on on-going space allocation.
- Regularly brief the Portfolio Manager on future business requirements of each business, early understanding of changes in business need, changes to space and workstation allocation occupancy analysis business feedback on overall Sunbury Property team performance.
- Explore and socialise proven, innovative technology and workplace trends and solutions through an extended network of likeminded professionals, drawing upon the experience of the professional services team.
- Lead QHSE in the Workspace team and drive an uncompromising culture of safety first.
- Maintain accurate building metrics e.g. areas, work station numbers, meeting room capacities, and associated ratios with appropriate analytical expertise.
- Deliver annual workstation planning process by gathering and collating formal business workstation requirements. Develop and manage any subsequent re-stack or moves programmes.
- Maintain accurate occupancy statistics for all resident businesses to, support overall space strategy and hold informed discussions with businesses on on-going space allocation.
- Maintain a broad understanding of s organisational direction to talk confidently with business leaders about workspace planning and requests.
- Review all requests for change to assess validity and priority amongst the existing project activity.
- Provide efficient moves management and scheduling, and deliver timely, cost effective and innovative workplace solutions ¡V from client brief through to execution and delivery, covering all Property Team and business led requests seeking Portfolio Manager approval as needed.
- Lead and develop the team of project and relocation managers/CAD designers to act in a highly motivated manner and execute all MAC activity in a first class manner.
- Act as the subject matter expert for UK workspace, to advise local teams of design and space strategy.
- Provide expertise on the implementation of client Brand in the office environment, maintaining a relationship with the Brand team and ensuring all changes align with Brand requirements.
- Coach businesses through any required change management strategy.
- Conduct comprehensive end user liaison and ensure effective communication with the site Operations Lead to ensure a broad working knowledge of business pressures
- Assist stakeholders to establish and understand their space requirements in line with strategic direction.
- When required, undertake workplace studies to evaluate the utilisation of resources and make recommendations regarding future requirements continually seek, identify and adopt cost effective, efficient and proportionate project delivery models. Develop Statement of Requirements (SoR) and feasibility studies to formulate occupancy and resource requirements.
- Support delivery of crisis management plans by resourcing the Business Relationship Manager role in the Office Space Continuity Team, maintaining required contact information for all resident teams to enable effective OSCP execution in the event of any incident
- Maintain up to date floor plans for all sites
- Manage off-site furniture store in a cost effective manner maintaining a schedule of stored items and ensuring the inventory reflects likely future business need.
- Use business intelligence to support the operations team with critical communications.
