Job description

Our client currently has a position for an administrator based in their Plymouth office..This client specialise in the service and maintenance of commercial properties, looking after repairs and maintenance to various areas including Mechanical and Electrical and building trades.

You will be responsible for the administration and contract support within a portfolio of clients.
You will ideally have similar experience or the desire to get into an Administration role and have a strong customer service background.

Other duties / responsibilities Health & Safety within the contracts Purchasing and raising Purchase orders Dealing with Engineers day to day diary - scheduling engineers to jobs and following the through to completion and invoicing. Timesheets and availability reports.
