Job description

I am currently working closely with a National Main Contractor based in Birmingham who are looking to recruit an Office Manager. They currently turnover approximately £70M which is obtained from two offices. The business is currently growing and looking at increasing turnover over the next two years.

They currently work predominately within the Industrial sector and will complete schemes across the country. They are looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager who can work initially on a 9 month Contract to cover maternity leave.

The role would involve the following:-

  • Minute taking
  • Arranging meetings and travel
  • Clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing and preparing documents
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment
  • Payment Queries
  • Knowledge of working on Sage (Accounts software)

This role is not limited to the above and there will be other responsibilities but they are looking for somebody who is happy to work in a team of at least 10 people, personable, hard working and used to working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
