Environmental Data Scientist

My client is a leading global provider of facility services, providing services to complement our customer's workplace. Bringing service to life, they uses a unique combination of data, insight and most importantly, our people to make a difference across diverse environments such as offices and factories, airports and hospitals across the world.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the growth of environmental 'consultancy' centered around data excellence to deliver value add projects to the customer and generate additional revenue streams to the business.

- Manage the compositional analytics programme, reporting and communicating outputs producing environmental insights to direct corporate strategy.

- Develop robust data manuals to formalise reporting standards and allow customers to report verified transparent data to the market.

- Attend strategic contract reviews with clients and/or contractors supporting environmental performance and corporate target setting.

- Work across the waste, water & energy customer reporting product via the Tableau platform or other identified solutions.

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications

- Good communicator - ability to articulate findings to key stakeholders
- Experience working with large volumes of dynamic data
- Advanced Excel
- Exposure to Tableau or other BI platforms
- Previous experience in waste, carbon, energy and water industries
