Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer services officer to join a thriving team for a well established housing provider based in Nottingham.

Working in the contact centre, you will be taking inbound calls from tenants and customers and dealing repairs queries and existing repairs logging onto the new IT system.

Key skills needed for this role are:

- Strong communications skills
- Ability to respond promptly and efficiently to customer/tenant enquiries
- Experience in working within a contact centre environment
- Housing sector knowledge (not essential but highly desirable)
- Knowledge of benefits and entitlement legislation

-34 hours a week
9-5 Monday Friday
1-5 Wednesday

This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills and good
knowledge of benefits and housing sector.

This is a temporary role and initially will be for 2 months with a view to extend depending on the needs of the provider. It is highly desirable that you are a car driver due to the location of the contact centre, they do have parking facilities available. Please enquire further if you use public transport to know the best route.
