Help Desk / Customer Service Assistant - Heathrow area salary 23k + benefits
Great opportunity to join this dynamic Facilities Management company on one of their health trust contacts. They manage circa 80 buildings with mobile & static engineers. It's a busy & challenging but fun environment & team to work in.
- Call answering and logging reactive engineering jobs
- Assigning reactive tasks to either in house engineers or sub-contractors
- Liaising with Sub-Contractors to book in or chase up works
- Liaising with clients via email and phone to book in works or to advise on updates
- Raising of Web Quotes for the client to approve
- Assisting with creating customer reports
