Fabric engineer with 17th/18th edition

London Wall


One of the largest and most forward thinking maintenance providers in the U.K is currently a Fabric Technician to support an existing M+E Team. You will be working on a lovely brand new state of the ark site at the London Wall area carrying out ppm and reactive maintenance on their new contract.

As the team will be a mix of mechanical and electrical engineers - Fabric candidates with more than one skill are highly of interest.

Fabric services across the contract you will be working on will be:

  • Joinery
  • Painting
  • Basic Plumbing
  • General maintenance such as putting up notice boards, basic plastering, door handles & locks etc
