Team Assistant f
Job description
My client is looking for an experienced Team Assistant to join them on a 9 months contract to start as soon as possible.
The role is working Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm. As a Team Assistant you will provide a first class administration service and take full ownership of your key responsibilities to support the management team in providing a top class service.
You'll be tasked with managing ever changing and complex calendars using outlook scheduler for team members, updating the CRM database and you will be the main point of contact to meet and greet clients and visitors.
You will also arrange travel bookings which will include flights, trains, visas and hotel accommodation and be responsible for preparing all meeting, ensuring the managers are fully briefed for all the meetings with the relevant correspondence and paperwork.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and have the ability to prioritise tasks and heavy workload.
You must be able to work with multiple systems and have an understanding of the financial services sector.
