Job description

  • * The day to day operation & maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical services
  • * The PPM of structure/fabric elements and components (within agreed skill set)
  • * Attend to all reactive calls (within agreed skill set)
  • * Communication with Area Helpdesk, Site Supervisor and Services Manager.
  • * Timely completion of all required documentation
  • * To ensure full adherence to the MITIE Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • * To ensure compliance with the MITIE Quality Management System as appropriate to this position.
  • * To adhere to all policies & procedures detailed in the MITIE employee handbook & the Babcock rules for the working environment
