Building Surveyor part time required
21 hours per week, days are flexible.
Rates between £18.00 to £22.00 per hour.
Starting early new year for 6 months.

About the role:

- Oversee programme of Planned Maintenance such as replacement kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors as well as other works including New Build homes.
- manage a variety of work streams responsive repairs, planned maintenance programmes, and voids works
- Support residents with their tenancy
- Control the budgets and make sure they are managed correctly
- Provide technical support to the wider asset management team
- Manage the contractor's performances
- Ensure all work is health and safety compliant.
