Job description

My client is looking for an experienced Facilities Assistant to join them on a 3 months temporary contract to start as soon as possible. The role is working part time, 30 hours per week.

As a Facilities Assistant your main focus will be to support the team with a smooth running within a fast-paced office.

Your daily duties will include:

Raising purchase orders
Ordering stationery and catering for the department
Set up training, bookings and travel arrangements
Create access passes for new starters and remove leavers from the system
Coordinate maintenance week parking and security passes

To be considered for this role, you must have experience in facilities management/security, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and work well under pressure. You must be immediately available.
