The Role

  • Provide maintenance support (including; planned, preventive & corrective maintenance) in relation to site services (commercial/retail buildings) across Watford and Milton Keynes area
  • Deliver specialist technical maintenance support & services in relation to building equipment
  • Timely completion of reactive and planned works carried out
  • To provide regular updates to Service Solutions team on task status
  • To provide drainage support as required, e.g. advice regarding major operational issues
  • Able to effectively diagnose and identify faults and failures with equipment and systems
  • Delivering excellent customer experience
  • Ensure robust application of health, safety & environmental procedures & processes
  • Ensure maintenance standards and quality of work delivered are to the required level
  • Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Key Capabilities/Knowledge:

  • Must have excellent organisational skills.
  • Understanding of commercial drainage systems
  • Understanding of CCTV
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • To represent the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop a good working relationship with colleagues
  • Ability to work and engage across departments.
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • Ability to organise / prioritise work
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised/part of a team

Experience & Qualifications:

  • High pressure water jetting certification
  • Confined spaces certification
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • CSCS card
