Job description


To analyse and interpret stock condition data to raise necessary works orders for property repairs completions.

ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

- To be responsible for checking the accuracy of the data held and provide analysis and reports.

- To develop/generate accurate reports which enable managers to assess performance supporting continuous improvement of the service to our customers.

- To control the collection and processing of data for the project.

- Analyse, process, inspect and cleanse stock condition data to identify any repairs work needed and what level of work is required and the necessary works order generated.


KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Essential -

Technical knowledge of reactive repairs in the housing sector/ or graduate in Building surveying
- Excellent PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Ability to set up, manipulate and analyse spreadsheets/databases - additional support / training will be offered
- Excellent organisational skills
- An analytical mind and a tenacity to identify route causes
- Excellent attention to detail with a critical and logical approach
- A great team player with a can do attitude
- A passion and commitment to develop and learn
