Job description

I am looking for a Clerk of Works for my client based in Sevenoaks! (temp to perm)

Responsibilities:

  • Technical assessment of contractors plans and proposals against West Kent's design brief to ensure potential issues are highlighted to development staff.
  • Carry out site inspections to identify discrepancies; ensuring accurate records are maintained including making a record of any time related delays.
  • Liaise with contractors, developers, employers agents and other stakeholders to resolve identified issues.

About you:

  • Relevant construction experience including a sound knowledge of building regulations
  • Ability to communicate and influence site workers, colleagues and other stakeholders
  • ICT skills, competent with word packages including Excel and comfortable using mobile devices.
