Technical Manager

£55,000

Central London

One of the largest and most successful maintenance providers in the country is currently seeking a Technical Manager to be based across 2 sites in Central London. Ensuring all hard services operations are completed within agreed timescales and to the satisfaction of the client across two sites. They will directly manage the engineering team, monitoring performance and providing a wealth of industry knowledge to develop their team.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivery of engineering services across London, including compliance, technical resilience, asset management, project pipeline, training and development.
- Ensure and demonstrate that all engineering services are properly delivered in line with the national approach, agreed contract scope and service delivery models.
- Demonstrate governance and compliance through the effective implementation of site documentation and CAFM management systems.
- Support the continued improvement of our people engagement across all teams.
- Ensure that all PPM, reactive and project works are within the agreed contract arrangements

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications

- Proven experience of critical engineering environments
- A high-level focus on the achievement of targeted results.
- Electrical & mechanical qualifications applicable to the role.
- IOSH or NEBOSH
- 5 years + experience working with critical environments.
