Job description

Eden Brown has partnered with one the largest names in Retirement Living. With a national presence and an enviable reputation their commitment and investment in the Retirement Living market is unrivalled.

An opportunity to join their Land Acquisition team as a Land Buyer is now available due to this ongoing investment and planned, sustainable future growth.

As a Land Buyer your responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting the Land Team in the identification and acquisition of sites, assisting in project acquisition through all stages including identification, diligence, offer, contract, purchase, planning and pre-start on the sites acquired.
  • Maintenance and expansion of the Division's key contact base, e.g. land agents, land owners
  • Assist the Land Team on major projects and with other relevant duties as required.
  • Produce professional land packs, ensuring accurate bids are placed for land in time and on schedule
  • Significant amounts of travel and some out of hours working, e.g. planning committees
  • Hold a degree in a relevant subject would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of all aspects of the land purchase mechanism
