Job description

Our client is looking for a Building Surveyor to join their team, based in Nottingham.

They are a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy (Quantity Surveying , Dispute Resolution, Expert, Forensic Planning & Delay, Legal, Building Surveying claims) offering services to Clients (Employers, Funders, Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors) throughout the construction industry.They are seeking building surveyors with a minimum of 2 years experience to work across a variety of projects.

Skills & Experience:

- Degree qualified within building surveying

- Working towards MRICS

- Experience working in a client focused environment

- working closely with clients, updating clients on progress, while taking personal responsibility in dealing with clients and striving to exceed their expectations

- Ability to manage personal workload

- A strategic thinker with broad problem solving skills

- Able to work on own initiative

- Strong communication skills with experience working in a client focused environment

- Positive attitude with a willingness to get involved
