Job description

Our client is looking for a Leasehold Officer to be based in Preston.

Assist (the Leasehold and Contract Manager) in the management of service charge contracts in the end to end process, from procuring services to monitoring performance and apportioning costs for service charge setting.

Deal with issues of continuous none performance and contract compliance and escalate to the Leasehold and Contract Manager where legal action may be required.

Work with all relevant teams to ensure service charges are managed effectively

To be knowledgeable in the use of the service charge management system and update data relevant to any change in contract or service provision.

Experience of S20, RTB/RTA and re-sales and also the collection of service charge arrears.

Pay is £13.00 PAYE - 37hrs per week
