Position: HVAC Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Location: Fawley

Contract: temp - perm / perm (dependant)

The Role

My Client and I are seeking a HVAC Engineer with a can-do attitude and flexible approach.You must have relevant qualifications and a drive to become part of a dedicated team of experts.


  • PPM and reactive maintenance works
  • Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all equipment and systems
  • Carry out HVAC and Electrical related maintenance to high quality standard
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant standards for all works
  • Demonstrate a focus on customer satisfaction and develop positive customer relationships
  • Demonstrate a strong behavioural commitment to Health and Safety
  • Maintain log books
  • Updating maintenance records (electronically or paper based)
  • Prioritising and undertaking reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks
  • Participate in the site call out rota
  • Ability to work on own or as part of a team


  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
  • Qualified Electrician (at least 3 years' experience)
  • Valid City & Guilds Safe Handling Certificate
  • F-Gas Registered
  • Qualified HVAC Engineer (at least 5 years' experience)
  • IPAF or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience of working on commercial kitchen fridges and freezers (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience in working on industrial sites (desirable but not essential)
