Position: Handyman

Location: Fawley

Contract: temp - perm / perm (dependant)

The Role

My Client and I are seeking a Handyman with a can-do attitude and flexible approach. You must have relevant qualifications and a drive to become part of a dedicated team of experts.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Prioritising and undertaking reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks
  • Undertake works to support minor works projects and maintenance
    • Painting and decorating
    • Basic plumbing and carpentry works
    • Minor building fabric repairs
    • Removing/building partition walls
    • Furniture moves
    • PASMA/IPAF
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant standards for all works
  • Demonstrate a focus on customer satisfaction and develop positive customer relationships
  • Demonstrate a strong behavioural commitment to Health and Safety
  • Maintain log books
  • Participate in the site call out rota
  • Ability to work on own or as part of a team

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience of working in a maintenance environment
  • Experience of working in a highly regulated industrial environment
  • Various handyman experience
