Job description
  • Liaising with Subcontractors, via email and by phone.

  • Raising Purchase Requisitions.

  • Provide excellent customer care for one of our major clients.

  • Liaise with IT should any issues arise with the operatives or subcontractors digital assistants.

  • Be able to provide support to operatives using Verisae.  

  • Closing jobs off in SAFE and updating data into Maximo.

  • Controlling the scheduling and co-ordination of work via our company database.

  • Producing reports.

  • Recording and provision of minutes of meetings as necessary.

  • Word processing and other secretarial / admin duties as required.

  • Ad hoc administration duties and projects as requested by Line Manager.

  • Photocopying and filing.

  • Undertaking other duties appropriate to the post and in line with the needs of the organisation.
